Valhalla goes to Gun Broker

Today, Kote of Arms places it's first Cerakote pistol at auction on Gun Broker! Kote of Arms supplies Upper and Lower AR 15 parts in custom Cerakoted colors and has created a norse branded AR 15 Pistol called "Valhalla". This pistol is two tone Kinetic Slate and Titanium Blue with the script "Valhalla" and Odin's Horns on the magazine. The pistol is fitted with a Shark Muzzle Break and a 7" Unique AR "Blaster" free floating rail. A 7" barrel chambered in 223 Wylde. We have a new location Kote Of Arms has moved from the garage hanger to the Dow Road Industrial Plaza at 4250 Dow Road Suite 309. The Andersons have set up shop and are cerakoting firearms at $90.00 a color. The door has been swinging and the work has been coming in. Predator Grey Scale Camo AR 15 chambered in 7.62×39

Our coating project this round is a grayscale version of the Predator Stencil Set. We custom blended several of the color layers to make this an one off original AR 15. To add to the effects we included a RedDot sight, micro LED light and side mounted backup sights, each mount is coated with the base black. The base coat is a custom color mix using Armor and Graphite black. We followed up with 3 more color layers using BattleShip Grey, Smith and Wesson Grey and a custom mix of Sniper and Combat Grey as our final coat. Predator AR15

This week's build is a Predator AR in Bengal Tiger at Night Camo. We started out with a FEDARMS FR15 with a 10" floating rail. The barrel has a 8:1 twist and is chromed lined and included in the build is a standard 30 round PMag. This build takes 4 cerakote color layers to complete. Each coat has to be oven cured before moving on with the stenciling and follow up coats. Desert Gold Desert Sand OD Green Sniper Grey After laying down the first layer of Desert Gold we used a honeycomb mess during the second color adding a texture into each of the stripes onec the stencils are placed. This job will require the AR10 to be full stripped down to its components, cleaned and coated before being reassembled. The Damage The gas block was hammered pretty hard. The roll pin was hammered into place with a screwdriver from the looks of it. Both sides were marred up pretty good. Then we had a few blemishes to clean up. The owner of this AR10 said that a local Tactical Shop assembled this firearm for him from parts purchased across the Internet. Cerakote S & S Air Cleaner for Harley Davidson Street Glide

Cerakote Harley Davidson Parts Today my project is a fairly easy one. I am going to start to take off old dull and worn parts on my Harley Davidson Street Glide and give them new life. The first on the list will be a leaking front brake reservoir lid and the aftermarket S & S Super air cleaner. Project Highlights I removed the cleaner from the bike and did a full degreasing scrub on it to get off most of the heavy oils. The cleaner is chromed which tends to be pretty hard. We have to scratch up the surface with blasting material (Aluminum Oxide) so that the cerakote has something to hold on to. After blasting I gave it a long soak in acetone before baking off the acetone and prepping for…

Kimber Custom 2 Cerakote Project This is a picture of a standard Kimber 2, very similar to the one we are working on for today's project. In this project we will break down the Kimber 45 caliber pistol and apply a Burnt Bronze accents and a custom in house mix Copper Cerakote we coined "Baked Copper". This was a project for Father's Day 2017, take my father's Colt 1911 and give it a makeover in a Coast Guard theme in recognition of his many years of service. The pistol is getting my rendition of a "Night Ops" Navel digital camo coating and followed up with a set of Magpul CoastGuard embossed grips.
